East African Healing Services is an incorporated non-profit organization established in 2014. Our foundation begins with our board of directors. They are also the key to our success. With the exception of the managing director and the staff, all the directors are non-executive. The directors are also the formal members of the company.
The role of the Board is to establish the guiding principles and policies for the organization, delegate responsibility and authority to those who are responsible for enacting the principles and policies, monitor compliance with those guiding principles and policies and ensure that staff and the Board alike are held accountable for their performance.
The Board is constituted of the chair, vice-chair, treasury and secretary.
