CUHCC offers medical, dental, and mental health services as well as translation services. CUHCC staff make initial contact with clients and make referrals to our programs to ensure a continuum of care and support.

UCare
UCare is an independent, nonprofit health plan providing health coverage and services to more than 300,000 members in Minnesota. UCare coordinators determine the types of services their clients need and work with EAHS to provide these services in culturally sensitive and appropriate ways.

Wilder Foundation
The Wilder Foundation provides services that build hope and resiliency for children and families through mental health, education, housing, and social adjustment programs. The Wilder Foundation provided EAHS with our initial office space.

Hennepin County Mental Health Services
Hennepin County Regional Human Services Centers (HCRHSC)
HCRHSC provides access to the full range of financial, social and public health services the county offers, such as access to medical, emergency, child care and food assistance, child support and homeless services. HCRHSC case managers and social workers work with EAHS to provide culturally specific programming.


Ramsey County Mental Health Services
